LICENSE AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.

This is the End User License Agreement (AGREEMENT) is a legal agreement between you, the end-user, and AccentSoft Team, the manufacturer and the copyright owner, for the use of the "Accent Internet Password Recovery" software product (SOFTWARE).

This SOFTWARE is shareware.
You may evaluate this software as long as you wish.
If you wish to use the SOFTWARE without evaluation limitations, you MUST register it.

Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to use the SOFTWARE on as many computers as defined at the registration. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this AGREEMENT and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.

THIS SOFTWARE IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. AccentSoft Team WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

YOU CAN USE THIS SOFTWARE FOR LEGAL PURPOSES ONLY. PASSWORD RECOVERING IS LEGAL PROVIDED THAT YOU ARE THE OWNER OF THE PASSWORD PROTECTED DATA OR YOU HAVE THE PERMISSION FROM THE LEGAL OWNER. BE AWARE THAT UNAUTHORIZED PASSWORD RECOVERY CAN BE CONSIDERED ILLEGAL BY COURT AND MAY RESULT IN CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL PROSECUTION. AccentSoft Team WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ILLEGAL USE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

Installing and using this SOFTWARE signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT.

If you do not agree with the terms of this AGREEMENT you must remove the SOFTWARE files from your storage devices and cease to use the product.
